Terms and Conditions – 77pab Online Gaming Philippines

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing the77pab website, or using any part of our gaming platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement is legally binding and governs your entire relationship with 77pab.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not register an account or use the 77pab platform. Continued use of the platform following any published update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility

To open and maintain an account at 77pab, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the legal minimum age for gambling participation in the Philippines as defined by PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable law at the time you place any bet or wager.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by 77pab or any regulatory authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 77pab or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

77pab reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof of age when requested, your account will be suspended pending verification, and any pending withdrawals may be held until the matter is resolved.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on 77pab. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is a serious violation of these Terms and Conditions. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended, any bonus funds will be voided, and genuine winings may be withheld pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information when registering your77pab account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your 77pab login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. 77pab will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.4 Verification

77pab complies with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements as part of its regulatory obligations. We may request supporting documents — such as a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, or source of funds declaration — at any point. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

4. Deposits & Payments

77pab accepts deposits through the following Philippine-based payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum single deposit is₱100.

All deposit transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Funds deposited into your 77pab wallet are held for gaming purposes only and do not earn interest. 77pab does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

77pab reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the original payment method if we have reasonable grounds to believe the transaction was made fraudulently, under duress, or in violation of these Terms.

5. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount from a 77pab account is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices.

Under normal operating conditions, GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet to BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and other major Philippine banks are typically completed within the same business day. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, system maintenance windows, or when additional verification is required.

77pab does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply transaction fees on their end — these are outside of 77pab's control.

Bonus funds and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the applicable wagering requirement will result in the bonus amount being forfeited. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

77pab offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, reload bonuses, cashback, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses at 77pab carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g. 10x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before it becomes available for withdrawal. The exact requirement is stated on each promotion. Bets placed on certain game types (such as low-margin table games) may contribute less than100% toward wagering requirements — this will be specified per promotion.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

77pab actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to abuse referal schemes. Any player found engaging in bonus abuse will have their promotional winings voided and may have their account suspended.

6.3 Promotion Changes

77pab reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. If a promotion is cancelled after a player has already claimed it but before completing wagering requirements, 77pab will honour the remaining wagering obligation on a case-by-case basis.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on 77pab are subject to the rules applicable to the relevant sport, game, or event. By placing a bet, you accept the odds and conditions as displayed at the time of confirmation. Bets cannot be cancelled or altered after confirmation unless the relevant market or event is officially void under77pab's settlement rules.

7.1 Bet Settlement

77pab settles bets based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body of each sport or game. In the event of a disputed result, 77pab reserves the right to delay settlement until an official outcome is confirmed. Where an event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned without a result, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned.

7.2 Errors in Odds

In the event of a clear pricing error — where odds are manifestly incorrect due to a technical or human error — 77pab reserves the right to void bets placed at the eroneous odds and return stakes to the player's account. What constitutes a "manifest error" will be determined by 77pab in good faith, and we will notify affected players where possible.

7.3 Maximum Winings

77pab may apply maximum payout limits on individual bets or combinations of bets. These limits will be displayed within the relevant market or in the specific game rules. Any winings exceeding the stated maximum payout will be reduced to the applicable limit.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 77pab platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referal to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using a 77pab account if you are under 21 years of age
• Opening or operating more than one account
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software that places bets or performs account actions without human interaction
• Coluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or cheating in connection with events you are betting on
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using77pab to launder money
• Using another person's payment method or identity to fund or operate a 77pab account
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform for financial gain
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 77pab staff or other players through any communication channel

9. Responsible Gaming

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 77pab platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, interface designs, game mechanics, and promotional materials — is the property of 77pab or its licensed partners. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any content from the 77pab platform without prior written consent.

The 77pab name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of the 77pab brand in any form — including social media impersonation, fake customer service accounts, or counterfeit promotional materials — is a violation of intellectual property law and these Terms and Conditions.

12. Limitation of Liability

77pab provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, downtime, or technical interruptions at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 77pab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or incorrect odds.

77pab's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising under these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the balance held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

13. Amendments to Terms

77pab reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where the changes are material, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to check the Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the 77pab platform following the publication of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you may close your account and withdraw your remaining balance, subject to the completion of any pending wagering requirements.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes about the validity, existence, or termination of this agreement — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

77pab operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). In the event of a regulatory dispute, the applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution process will apply in addition to these Terms.
